Offer Overview
Current GOGS members in good standing can earn free registration to the GOGS Annual Meeting by recruiting five new members to join GOGS.
Eligibility
- The offer is available to current GOGS members in good standing.
- The member must be responsible for recruiting five (5) new members to GOGS.
What Qualifies as a “New Member”?
For the purposes of this offer, a new member is defined as:
- An individual joining GOGS for the first time;
- A former resident who is becoming an active GOGS member for the first time since completing residency; or
- A former active member who has not renewed their GOGS membership for five (5) or more years.
How to Claim Your Free Registration
- Once you have recruited five (5) qualifying new members, submit this form with the names of the five members: https://members.gaobgyn.org/atlas/forms/general/14. Members must be logged in to submit the form.
- GOGS staff will verify that each individual meets the definition of a qualifying new member.
- Once all five members have been verified, the referring member will receive a promo code for complimentary Annual Meeting registration via email.
Important Notes
- All five members must meet the program’s definition of a new member.
- Membership eligibility will be verified by GOGS staff before the promo code is issued.
- The complimentary registration applies to Annual Meeting registration only and does not include travel, lodging, or other associated expenses.
- All forms must be submitted by May 31st, 2027.
